This location was favourable and unbeatable, short walk to Fun tasty Tavern on 4th at Main, restaurants and services and the college campus. I loved the room with a full size bed instead of a queen, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amazingly nice lot of the time.

Beds were hard.

I recently stayed at Surestay Hotel in Ellensburg for a night while exploring Eastern Washington. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the early check-in option. The hotel is well-maintained and updated, with spotlessly clean rooms and excellent TV and wifi systems. The extended pool hours and spa area with a jetted jacuzzi were a bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the mountains, and they even had a large charging station for electric cars.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Convenient location just across from the train tracks in a peaceful area. It's only a 5-minute drive to Mattoon Lake 🌲.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got at Surestay Hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The staff treated us well and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and options.

I loved the beautifully decorated and cozy room and the pool was fantastic, plus the service here was top-notch.

It was not far from the college campus, the junk that comes w/fast food places and several fast food restaurants, convenient and handy location overall. Our room was fine and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
